Dear Colleague,
On Monday 4 November, the National Competition Rules (NCR) were published on the Motorsport UK website. The NCR will become the replacement of the longstanding Yearbook from 2025 and will be applicable to all sanctioned events.
The introduction of the NCR will be a change for all participants within the sport at all levels. While the rules that govern our sport remain the same, the way in which they are presented, accessed and used will be different. As such, we are commencing an education and awareness programme to support participants going into next year.
We are therefore inviting you to join an upcoming webinar to explain the implementation of the NCR next year within your discipline(s). The webinar series, and registration links, are as follows:
N.B: All webinars are scheduled for 18:00 - 19:00

**AutoSOLO, AutoTest, Trials
On each registration form, you will be given the opportunity to ask specific questions related to the NCR. In addition, you will be given an opportunity to ask questions during the webinars via the Q&A functionality. We will endeavor to cover as many of these questions as possible within the webinars; any that we can’t answer within the webinar slot will be collated and responded to separately.
In addition to the webinars, we have created a short training video explaining the structure and functionality of the NCR. This can be accessed HERE. (If you are a licensed Clerk of the Course, Motorsport UK Steward, or Scrutineer, you will have been emailed with instructions to watch a version of this video, and complete a set of questions, on the Learning Hub).
If you cannot make any of the webinars, please don’t worry. Recordings of each webinar will be made available on our Learning Hub in due course.
