MSCC Annual General Meeting 2025

The Annual General Meeting of The Morgan Sports Car Club Limited (‘the Company’) will be held at 2.00 pm on Saturday 5 April 2025 at Burn Hall, Huby, York, YO61 1JB.
The Chair will open the Meeting and give her Annual Report.
The Treasurer will then present the accounts and take questions relating to those accounts. Members present will then be asked to consider and vote on the resolutions.

In the March edition of Miscellany are the Notice, advance voting form and proxy form, along with summary accounts documents for the year to 30 September 2024. Full accounts documentation is available in the Members Area of the MSCC website.
